  • Prices are determined by three things: quantity, garment style, and design. The higher the quantity the less it cost to print. As for garment style, it would cost to produce a Bella Canvas shirt compared to a Gildan Ultra Cotton shirt. However, you also have the option of bringing your own garments, and this does not affect the normal cost of screen printing and embroidery.

    As for design, it will be less costly if fewer ink colors and a number of locations were to be printed.


  • An order can be placed through email or phone. You can also order at our office.

  • There is no minimum order. However, when you order higher quantities from us, you get cost-effective service. Resultantly, we recommend that you order a minimum of 20 pieces.

  • Yes, it is possible. You can place an order for varying shirt sizes even if you need just one quantity of a specific size. However, this is subject to the limit of the quantity of sizes the manufacturer allows. But if the manufacturer requires ordering a certain amount of shirt, we will let you know.

  • Of course, you can. However, the ink colors must remain the same to avoid additional charges.

  • Hoodies, V-neck, tank tops and crewnecks are just some of the types of apparels we offer. For more details, check out our online catalog. In case you cannot find a type of apparel you like, get in touch with us and we will try to find your desired apparel. Additionally, you can bring your own garment.

  • Plastisol to soft hand plastisol, metallic inks, water based inks, reflective ink, discharge, and foil are the different ink techniques we are capable of printing.

  • At Fernando’s Screen Printing, the maximum print size we can do is 14”x17”. Nevertheless, you can contact us if you need larger prints.

  • After approving the artwork and receiving a deposit, our turnaround time is 5-7 business days. Additional turnaround time may be needed for orders with add-ons. However, if your deadline is short, notify us when placing the order, to be able to deliver within your deadline.

  • We are capable of printing on fleece, polyester, cotton, blends and other fabrics. Nonetheless, there may be a need for us to test some fabrics to be certain if they can be printed on.

  • We can do simulated processes, index printing, spot printing, and 4 color processes.

  • Printing can be done on almost any location of the shirt, including: sleeve, full back, full front, left front chest, right front chest, shirt labels, and side print. Please feel free to contact us if you have a certain place you would like us to print.

  • The Screen Preparation and Setup fee entails the costs of setting up the film positive, the screens, and putting them in place. The cost is $15 for each spots color. (?) Contact our office if you need 4 color process, index printing, and simulated process.

  • The artwork preparation involves recreating your artwork into a vector, and each design costs $35. However, this fee will cater for one design based on your instructions if you do not have an artwork. You will have to pay an additional charge of $25 if you need a second design. Notably, it is a one-time fee. However, if the design requires changes that are different from color changes and spelling corrections, additional charges apply.

  • If you are reordering without changing your design, you will not be charged for the art preparation fee. Similarly, if you reorder within 90 days, there is no need to pay for the screen preparation and setup fee. Nevertheless, orders must be more than 100 pieces.

  • No. Your payment is only meant for using the screens. Resultantly, the screens are cleaned after completion of your job and used for other jobs.

  • We require that the artwork should be presented in Adobe Photoshop or Adobe illustrator format. It should be presented as a vector or with separated layers. If you don’t have the artwork, don’t worry one of our artists can turn your idea into the artwork or use your image to design the artwork.

  • No. You are only required to deposit 50% of the full payment at the start of the printing. However, you are expected to pay the balance when picking up your printing order.

  • Yes, you can cancel your order. However, the cancellation should be made as quickly as possible. In case we have started production of the order before cancellation, you will be liable for any time, work, and expenses done before your cancellation.

  • Yes, it can. However, embroidery is usually done instead. We are able to use different techniques such as 3D embroidery to give it more pizzazz.

  • For your first-time order, we charge a $35 digitizing and set up fee. However, when you reorder you would only be responsible for a $15 set up fee.

  • Definitely, we are capable of embroidering more than 12 colors.
