Screen printing is a printing technique that creates a picture or pattern by forcing ink through a screen, that is then transfer to the apparel.
This printing technology ensures that your apparel’s design is going to be durable, and vibrant in color!
First, we have you bring us the design! Once we have your idea, we then will create the artwork that we will be using for your apparel! This is where we work on the color separation to create the films needed for the design, each film we create will then become its own screen that we will be using to create your apparel. After we have the films created, we then take a screen that has been prepped with emulsion and burn the film into the screen. It is then rinsed with water and prepped with block-out tape and is ready to go into the printing process!
This is when one of our operators creates the set-up, once the set-up has been registered and the ink has been added we are ready to begin printing. Once the printing has been done, the final product goes to a dryer!
